Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• General Manager:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within the industrial, construction, or project management sectors. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and working with government or corporate stakeholders.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential.

• Senior Manager:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and complex initiatives in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills are crucial for this role.

• Chief Engineer:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure development projects. Experience in industrial estate development is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail are required. Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools is also beneficial.
