This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience in management, preferably within the industrial or construction sector.
Senior Manager: The Senior Manager will handle various departmental functions, ensuring the implementation of strategic goals, projects, and initiatives within the organization. This role involves managing teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Senior Manager will also contribute to the development and execution of key business strategies that drive the growth of industrial estates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as significant experience in a managerial capacity within an industrial or corporate environment.
Chief Engineer: The Chief Engineer is a vital role in the execution and oversight of engineering projects within PIEDMC. This position involves managing the engineering teams responsible for the planning, design, and construction of industrial estates and related infrastructure. The Chief Engineer will ensure that all engineering work adheres to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
For candidates to be considered for these roles, the following qualifications and experience are required:
General Manager:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within the industrial, construction, or project management sectors. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and working with government or corporate stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
Senior Manager:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and complex initiatives in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills are crucial for this role.
Chief Engineer:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure development projects. Experience in industrial estate development is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail are required. Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools is also beneficial.
